Hello, I’m Nikki, thank you for visiting my site! Its always a challenge to describe to people what I do. On paper, I am nutritional therapist, but there's more to it than that. I’m honored to have studied under many experts over my extensive investigation of healing the body. From herbalists in the mountains of Mexico to functional medicine doctors in local Minneapolis hospitals to my current studies in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. The therapies I provide to my clients are always curated to meet their needs and comfort. I work in a field that isn't always accessible to everyone. As I teach and provide counsel, I am fiercely dedicated to defying the socio-economic barriers deeply felt by those who do not live a life of privilege. I'm a racial justice activist and community organizer. I believe in the power of our local economy. I aim to meet clients where they are at through a trauma informed and culturally affirming lens and thrive on feedback from you.

Your bio-individuality holds the keys to your health. Knowing this, I meet my clients where they're at. It makes the most sense, right?
After more than 10 years of teaching yoga, I've found my students enjoy the practice most when we all just show up as we are and do the best we can with the tools we have.
When I'm not working one-on-one with my clients or teaching drop-in yoga, I host cooking classes, offer racial justice, yoga and nutritional healing workshops.
