Nikki will lead students through a mindfully vigorous 90-minute vinyasa sequence to support the body's digestive, endocrine, immune, and lymphatic system. Following the yoga practice, students will communally enjoy nutrient-dense, healing foods (i.e. fresh pressed juice, local veggies with homemade sauce, herbal tea, etc.) and will discuss the benefits of various foods and focused postures. All levels are welcome and will be supported.
